What is Inner peace ?
Inner Peace to me is a life without stress, where I don’t fear with the problems in life and can be happy all the times. I don’t have anything attached to me ( worldly affairs ) and I can understand the purpose of my life.
Peace simply means I have to keep my soul happy, and I have to do things which can make me proud of my own life. I have to dedicate my life in the right projects despite of wasting it simply doing nothing.

This method helped me to have a control over my thoughts. It gives a kick to start the day in a fresh and happy mood. One will feel happy when he concentrate on a particular thing for some time forgetting what’s going around the world and in some days he will realize that this 15 minutes are the most productive time of his day. At this point he can have a talk with his soul.
