सरकारी करमचारी जिम्मेदारी को समझते हैं बेकारी !
The Billing guy haven’t came at home to take the meter reading, and without any knowlegde charged very HIGH amount in the electricity bill…
When enquired on the same by us the bill was very nominal amount
We have complained for the same in written 3-4 times via application, no one responded.
And for rectifying our bill, they asked us the reading and we did the same and sent to them via whats app,
They refused to agree, and said to take permission of lineman.
Later when ee took lineman permissiin by visiting him for 10kms, they refused this one too, and asked us to taken JEN permission, then we searched for him and travelled 15 kms
He wasn’t at his office, later he was found at his office three hours later
And a businessman surrounded with difficulties all around and ill old parents at home had wasted a complet day in correcting in the mistake did by Makrana eletricity Department ( Ajmer vidyut Vitran Nigam ltd. AJMER )
Kindly, request them to look into matter and solve such issues so local people don’t have to face such problems
