Its summer and heat is already testing our patience, so why not we should drink and eat food that beats heat.
Here is a quick recepie of Mint Juice ❤.Try it and drink it thrice a week, you will feel cool, relaxed and There will be glow on your face .
The secret Recepie❤
1.Bundle of fresh mint leaves 😉
2.Sugar or Sugar free Natura – 6spoons
3.Salt ( for Diabetic patients – Halite Salt that is सैंधा नमक )- 1/2 spoon
4.Roasted Cumin Powder -1/2 sppon
5. Chilled Water – 4 glasses
Or pot water and ice cubes .
6.lemon juice -1lemon
How to Make –
Wash Mint leaves thoroughly in tap water and seprate its leaves from sticks.
( Sticks have proteins but they will make the drink Sour so I would prefer separating leaves )
Add all the leaves to grinder and add little water ,and grind it to fine paste .
Take a pan and a refiner, add the paste and also the water and mash it from hands via strainer to the pan.
Once the whole water is refined
Add sugar, salt ,cumin powder and lemon into pan.
And serve .
You can also add ice cubes 😉
It will look ugly but will taste heavenly yumm.

Secret tips –
1.Keep pudina leaves and lemon with you, whenever you go out, It wills ave you from hot winds 🙂
And if somehow you catch heat, then take a maslin cloth and cut an onion and rub in on your palms of hand and feets and then take a cool shower.
You will feel good within an hour.
2. In step 2, in the grinder I told to make only the paste of pudina and not to add other masalas because after refining whole water, the remains pudina paste can be used again.
Dry the paste under sunshine and that dried powder can be used as a preservative in curd and other recepies.
You can also apply a thick paste on face by icing some rose water, it will remove all impurities from face.
