Pav Bhaji is a Popular Indian dish especially made in India during winter season. The dish is a combination of roasted bread with bhaji and butter. Bhaji contains boiled potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, peas, coriander leaves and plenty of butter. Ingredients required for making the Masala –
- 1 Table spoon roasted coriander seeds
- 5-6 dried red chillies
- 1 tea-spoon turmeric powder
- 2 tea-spoon black salt
- 1 tea-spoon fennel seeds
- 1 tea-spoon
- 2 table spoon Garam Ma’s ala
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3-4 bay leafs
- 15-20 curry leaves
- 1 tea-spoon dried mango powder
How to make the yummy Pav Bhaji Masala?
Step1 – Roast coriander seeds, rer chillies for 3-4 minutes on Tava.
Add Bay leaves and curry leaves on it after closing the stove, let it cool down
Step 2 Mix all the ingredients with them and them grind it to fine powder.
Step 3 – Add salt as per taste.
Store it to a refrigerator and use it when required in the gravy of the pav bhaji.
