These hands were made as a tribute to the worker who created Taj Mahal.
Because the king was surprised to see such a masterpiece created when he saw ” Taj Mahal ” constructed completely.
He called the engineer who was behind this all. So he cut the hands of worker who made it because he did not want that anyone copy this monument in future as it was tribute to his wife “Mumtaz” who passed away and he created it as a tribute to his love in memory of her.
So the Marble traders paid tribute to that worker saluting his creativity and remembering him forever by dedicating this Hand art to him .
